How DentMed Direct Uses Your Personal Information.

This policy covers how Dentmeddirect treats personal information that DentMed Direct collects and receives, including information related to your past use of Dentmeddirect products and services. Personal information is information about you that is personally identifiable like your name, address, email address, or phone number, and that is not otherwise publicly available. This privacy policy only applies to DentMed Direct.

This policy does not apply to the practices of companies that DentMed Direct does not own or control or to people that DentMed Direct does not employ or manage. In addition, some companies that Dentmeddirect has acquired have their own, preexisting privacy policies.

INFORMATION SHARING AND DISCLOSURE

DentMed Direct does not rent, sell, or share personal information about you with other people or non-affiliated companies except to provide products or services you've requested, when we have your permission, or under the following circumstances:

* We provide the information to trusted partners who work on behalf of or with DentMed Direct under confidentiality agreements. These companies may use your personal information to help DentMed Direct communicate with you about offers from DentMed Direct and our marketing partners. However, these companies do not have any independent right to share this information.
* We have a parent's permission to share the information if the user is a child under age 13. Parents have the option of allowing DentMed Direct to collect and use their child's information without consenting to DentMed Direct sharing of this information with people and companies who may use this information for their own purposes.
* We respond to subpoenas, court orders, or legal process, or to establish or exercise our legal rights or defend against legal claims.
* We believe it is necessary to share information in order to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to the physical safety of any person, violations of DentMed Direct terms of use, or as otherwise required by law.
* We transfer information about you if DentMed Direct is acquired by or merged with another company. In this event, DentMed Direct will notify you before information about you is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

DentMed Direct displays targeted advertisements based on personal information. Advertisers (including ad serving companies) may assume that people who interact with, view, or click targeted ads meet the targeting criteria—for example, women ages 18-24 from a particular geographic area.
* DentMed Direct does not provide any personal information to the advertiser when you interact with or view a targeted ad However, by interacting with or viewing an ad you are consenting to the possibility that the advertiser will make the assumption that you meet the targeting criteria used to display the ad
* DentMed Direct advertisers include financial service providers (such as banks, insurance agents, stock brokers and mortgage lenders) and non-financial companies (such as stores, airlines, and software companies).
DentMed Direct works with vendors, partners, advertisers, and other service providers in different industries and categories of business.

CONFIDENTIALITY AND SECURITY We limit access to personal information about you to employees who we believe reasonably need to come into contact with that information to provide products or services to you or in order to do their jobs.
We have physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply with federal regulations to protect personal information about you.


CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY DentMed Direct may update this policy. We will notify you about significant changes in the way we treat personal information by sending a notice to the primary email address specified in your DentMed Direct account or by placing a prominent notice on our site.

Return Policy: DentMed Direct products are sold on a guaranteed sales basis in accordance with the following return goods policy:
1. Merchandise approved for return to DentMed Direct which is in saleable condition will incur a 20% restocking charge.
2. All returns must be approved by a DentMed Direct Customer Service Representative. Written authorization must be obtained by calling our Customer Service Department, at (786) 340-8282. List the items you wish to return and include the DentMed Direct invoice number. An authorization form and shipping label will be sent to you.
3. A “Return Goods Authorization Form” containing an itemized list of the items returned and the reasons for the return must be signed by a Customer Service Representative and enclosed with the return. Returns without a "Return Goods Authorization Form" will be rejected.
4. All returns must be shipped prepaid direct to the address indicated on the "Return Goods Authorization Form".
5. Transportation charges must be paid by the customer except when the return is due to an error in shipment by DentMed Direct and customer obtains authorization for the return.
6. Return quantities will be audited by DentMed Direct and final credit will be based on DentMed Directs count.
7. Merchandise deteriorated or damaged due to conditions beyond the control of the manufacturer such as improper storage, heat, cold, water, smoke, fire, etc. will not be accepted for returns. Shipping Policy: Orders received before 12:00 PM EST Monday thru Friday will be shipped the same day. Any orders received after 12:00 PM EST, or on scheduled Holidays and Weekends will be processed the following business day.

Shipping Rates: Standard shipping rates will apply to all orders under $300.00 and/or orders containing heavy or bulky items. Orders over $300.00 are eligible for free shipping.

Expedited Shipping: For your convenience, we offer UPS Next Day, Second Day, and Three Day Service for an additional cost.
